Sinai Village consists of two phases of affordable, energy-efficient, rental homes.  Phase I (30 homes) was completed in 2011 and Phase II (30 homes) have been completed and are fully leased.

Both Sinai Village developments are part of a planned multi- phased redevelopment of the Winstanley neighborhood.   The developer and managing member for the development is Mt. Sinai Development Corporation (MSDC), a nonprofit organization created by Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.  The church has had a presence in the Winstanley community for over 86 years.
